SoundBridge Commander was written by Michael W. Heinz, Sr., and R. A. Buchanan. Many of the ideas that underlie SBC were derived from "SoundBridge" by R. A. Buchanan, with assistance from Steven Blackburn and Clemens Wacha.

Portions of the code are derived from work done by R. A. Buchanan in the freely distributable package "SoundBridge". In addition, the Windows version of SoundBridge Commander uses Launch4J, written by Grzegorz Kowal.
